- Answers must be documented, either written or recorded, as instructed.
6. Fair Play:
- Respect the progress of other players. Tampering with clues or hindering other participants' progress will result in disqualification.
7. Time Limits:
- There may be a time limit to complete the entire hunt (e.g., 4 hours).
- Participants must finish within the set time to be eligible for prize.
8. Use of Technology:
- GPS or maps can be used for navigation.
- Smartphones may be required for certain tasks, such as scanning QR codes.
9. Victory Conditions:
- The first individual to complete all clues and reach the final destination wins.
- In the event of a tie, the fastest completion time will determine the winner.
10. No Hints or Assistance:
- No hints will be provided at any point. Participants must solve the clues entirely on their own.
11. Prizes:
- Prizes will be awarded based on the completion of all clues.
12. Elimination Rounds:
- As prizes increase, elimination rounds will be introduced. Only the top performers will advance to the next round.
13. Age Requirement:
- All participants must be 18 years or older to enter the treasure hunt.

- Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws during the hunt.
- Any illegal activity will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to authorities.

- If participants choose to use public transport the cost will fall solely onto the individual participant.
- All costs for public transport, parking, tolls, fines or other transport related costs will fall solely onto the individual participant.

- Once a clue is solved, it should not be removed or hidden from other participants. Tampering with or altering clues will result in disqualification.
20. No Modifying Clues:
- Participants are prohibited from modifying or altering clues in any way.
- Clues must be completed exactly as they are provided.
21. Waiver and Release of Liability:
- Participants must accept the terms & conditions of the game and in doing so participants release the organisers from liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event.
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
22. Compliance with Public Safety Regulations:
- All participants must adhere to any public safety regulations, such as fire codes, crowd control limits, and emergency exit requirements, in any venues or areas used during the hunt.
23. Alcohol and Drug Policy:
- The use of alcohol or illegal substances during the hunt is strictly prohibited.
- Any participant found under the influence will be immediately disqualified.
24. No Unauthorised Public Gatherings:
- Participants must not cause unauthorised public gatherings or disrupt public order. All game activities must follow local ordinances regarding public assembly.
- Any violation will result in disqualification.
25. Permits and Permissions:
- Organisers are responsible for ensuring that the necessary permits are obtained for any activities that require such, including but not limited to public events, use of certain parks or facilities, or transportation requirements.
- Participants must comply with the rules specified by these permits.

- Participants are prohibited from entering restricted or government-owned areas, construction zones, or any other locations that are legally off-limits.
- Breaching restricted areas will result in disqualification and possible legal action.
